Poem for Godpa

The love, backdrop for our Christmas Story investigation event.
Wrote a poem for godpapa together with the other two godsisters, Eunice and Hannah. Took one simple day to complete one poem and the three of us recite it in church together on Sunday, it was the 6th decade of his life. First stanza written by Hannah, followed by myself, then Eunice for the third stanza.

To our dearest Godpa,
Who turns sixty today,
Thank you for your love,
That has embraced us in every single way,

Standing together as our heart joined as one,
Filling us with joy, laughter&fun,
Having a thought 'How does the driver pay the toll on a double decker bus?'
Silly moments we had when we're young,
Reminiscing the little that we had,

As today marks the 6th decade of your life,
We want to wish you good health & long life,
We love you deep down in our hearts
& we want to thank you for everything you’ve done.
So, we just want to wish you a blessed birthday.

With love, us.
