THE PERIOD BOUTIQUE HOTEL PRATUNAM REVIEW

Just came back from my short getaway to the land of smiles, Bangkok! Having been to Bangkok for several times, I've to say this trip was by far one of the best, cheers to mummy for always putting up with me and for being the best companion one can ever ask! If there's one reason why I enjoy travelling so much, it has got to be because I get to look forward to my hotel there. There's just something about hotel beds & sheets that I love so much about hehe. This time around, I had the opportunity to team up alongside with The Period Pratunam for a 2 nights stay. This post will feature solely about my experience at this very humble hotel stay, The Period Boutique Hotel Pratunam.

Below is my Deluxe Twin Room which is perfect for two. If you're ever looking for an affordable hotel at a prime location (Pratunam), I'd definitely recommend The Period Pratunam. Their room prices ranges from RM160-RM300 (at most) which is extremely reasonable for all that you get out from this boutique hotel. One reason why I will consider returning to this hotel is because of it's absolutely strategic location. One thing for sure, it's location definitely does not disappoint!

What's located nearby:
-Platinum Wholesale Mall which is just a few minutes away (all walking distance!!) The perfect place to get cheap and pretty clothing, will never fail to drop by whenever I visit Bangkok; Central World further up front; take a longer walk to the north and you'll reach Siam Square/Siam Paragon etc (all malls located just right next to each other)

For Food:
1. Sab x 2- Few rows ahead and there you have the very famous Sab x 2 (consisting of the famous Wanton noodle THB100 and pork leg rice THB130) go early as you've to queue for a bit to get a table of your own. (Both tasted pretty good though they aren't the most appetising looking food).

Address: 4/32-33 Soi Petchburi 19, Pratunam
5 minutes walk from The Period (The Period is location at Soi 15)
Take a skybridge from Platinum mall to go to the opposite street to the Soi 19 area.

2. Rann P Aor/ Pee Aor -15 mins walk down the street and there you have another famous Tom Yum Gung Soup noodle, THB 60 for a small bowl (loved it as well, for those who can't take spicy, thats your go-to tom yum place)

Address: 68/51 Soi Phetchaburi 5, Between Soi 5 – 7, Phaya Thai, Ratchathewi

Breakfast for two!
If you're going down to Bangkok with a group of friends and you're looking for a hostel to stay! Directly next to it is the Boxpackers hostel! which is extremely reasonable as well! An affiliated property of The Period Pratunam.
